Medically and Physically fit for a role?

There are times, when we let go of our health and go out of our way to complete a task given to us. But is this a good way of living? It is understood that our life will never come to a standstill unless we breathe our last breath, but while we are living it to the fullest, are we making sure that we are taking care of our health, mentally and physically?
Our daily routine is filled with a lot of running around, hence it becomes very difficult to medically and physically aid ourselves. Hence we fall sick very often and even fall prey to unknown diseases that are eating our health up.
In the world of cinema, each role demands a specific performance which one has to fulfill at his or her best. Action sequences, one of the most talked about topics in a film is looked upon with utmost care. Firstly, making sure that all precautions are taken for a scene to be shot smoothly, without harming any workers on the set. And if anything does go wrong, an immediate assistance has to be provided.
Recently a few incidents were reported regarding the big stars from Tollywood who were preys to the medical hunger. Rajendra Prasad, the veteran actor from the south was admitted to the hospital due to a severe stomach ache, which was treated for immediately and now he is on the road to recovery. Also, Rana Daggubati broke his jaw while filming an action sequence for his next movie. He was immediately rushed to the hospital as well, after which he underwent a surgery. Though he was asked to take rest, he resumed work the next day itself.
Like we said, it's important to rest sometimes, but the biggies from down south, can't really wait long enough for that, can they!!!
